Our lab studies RNA biology using computational and molecular biology approaches. We are particularly interested in post-transcriptional gene regulation in development and disease. Currently, we are investigating evolution, mechanisms and consequences of alternative cleavage and polyadenylation (APA) in metazoans; transcriptomics in cardiac remodeling; and long non-coding RNAs in cell differentiation.
